Modify the Notion
Most women do not succeed in businesses because of fear of failure. Resources and time used to upskill them are then consumed. Their non-success is mostly caused by low self-esteem and traumatic life experiences. Rural women face challenges that leaves them doubting their capabilities. They come from impoverished backgrounds which leaves them hopeless. These factors affect their performance and their concentration span.
Modify the notion is a cause that empowers women so that they take positive actions, beneficial for their growth. Modify the notion uses the eco based method to heal the participants and stimulate ideas they each have. This also teaches them to use the available resources to enhance their lives. They partake in activities that helps them find themselves and their power through nature. They do this as a collective which enforces unity amongst them.
