Vulinquondo Crèche
The Vulingqondo Crèche near Mbongolwane was founded in 2012 on the initiative of Mrs Sbahle Ndwandwe. The Vulingqondo Primary School has made rooms available for this purpose. 25-30 children aged 1-5 years attend the facility every day. They receive breakfast and lunch there, also financed by the Advent bazaar in Germany, just like the Dumayo Kindergarten. A cook provides simple but varied meal. In 2021, a vegetable garden was started.
Three caregivers look after the children in two groups. The Crèche is a place where the children can play carefree and are well prepared for the preschool, as the teachers of the school praise.
This kindergarten is also a great help to underage mothers who can continue to go to school while their children are looked after in the kindergarten.
