Nondweni is a rural area situated in the North of KwaZulu Natal. Donations in a form of two sewing machines, two pattern makers and two Italian Pattern Making Books were issued to them. An evaluation was conducted in the year 2023 by Yebozululand Community Development Center where information was collected, including goals and aims they had. The group in Nondweni had mentioned their plans of opening a sewing academy with the aim of upskilling more individuals in Nondweni which meant more equipment would be required in order for that to be achieved. This is a group whose geographical location never stopped them from reaching greater heights. They make school uniforms to a number of three schools in their area which promotes local supply. They also supply goods in a form of bags and clothing items to individuals in the area. Yebozululand aims on using their success stories to motivate others to persist. They had been utilizing one of the participant’s pattern makers. The donations the Chameleon issued them meant that they have property that is owned by the entire organization and their plans of upskilling more individuals will be realized. With the amount of work they are doing, the donations will assist them reach deadlines and produce voluminous orders.
Nondweni group registered their organization and are very professional. They are united and have never allowed anything to form barrier between them and their success. They have ensured that each goal they had set for themselves has been achieved.
